These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of any program, coaching, or consulting service from Online E-commerce Success, a DBA of 7Figure LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Online E-commerce Success previously offered its programs under the name "The Foundation." By using this site or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide educational coaching and consulting services related to selling on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and through dropshipping. Services may include 1-on-1 coaching sessions, business consulting, educational materials, and related support, as described in your enrollment agreement.

2. Educational Nature; No Earnings Guarantee

Our programs are educational. They are not a business opportunity, franchise, or assisted marketing plan. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money or reach any particular result. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, capital, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any examples shared are not typical and are not a promise of results.

3. Enrollment and Pricing

Coaching and consulting programs are priced individually. Your program contents and price are confirmed in a written enrollment agreement before payment. If any term in your enrollment agreement conflicts with these Terms, the enrollment agreement controls.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount stated in your enrollment agreement or at checkout. Charges may appear on your statement as "THE FOUNDATION" or "ONLINE E-COMMERCE SUCCESS."

5. Delivery of Services

After enrollment, you are contacted to schedule your onboarding and first coaching session. Coaching and education sessions may be delivered by our authorized fulfillment partner, which may contact you directly using its own phone number and email for scheduling and student support. Coaching sessions are typically scheduled weekly. To reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice; sessions canceled or missed with less notice may be forfeited.

6. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, videos, documents, and content are owned by Online E-commerce Success or its partners and are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share, or distribute them.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Products

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Meta, or any other platform. We may suggest third-party tools or services; your relationship with those providers is between you and them, and we may receive compensation for recommending them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
